Cart reminders: our website uses cookies and similar technologies, together with cart and checkout information (such as items added and whether checkout was completed), to identify abandoned carts and checkouts. We use this to send SMS cart reminders only to subscribers who have consented to receive our texts.

We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers processing messaging on our behalf may receive this data solely to operate or support the messaging program, not for their own marketing. These providers may include Klaviyo (our SMS and email messaging provider), ManyChat, and Twilio. This SMS-specific restriction applies notwithstanding any broader general sharing provisions in this policy.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support features such as shopping carts, checkout, and saved preferences.

Advertising: this site runs the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies that identify your browser and report the pages you view, products you add to cart, and when you start checkout. Meta uses that information to serve and measure ads on Facebook and Instagram. It also runs the Google Ads tag, which reports pages you view and matches completed purchases back to the Google ad click that brought you here, so Google can measure and improve our ads. Google Analytics measures website activity, and AdRoll supports advertising measurement and retargeting. These existing tools remain subject to our consent and US-region restrictions.

This tracking only runs for visitors in the United States who have accepted it. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of this site.

Microsoft Clarity: if you accept the current cookie notice, are in the US and your browser does not send a Global Privacy Control signal, Microsoft Clarity records your interactions with our homepage (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement), device and browser details and page addresses, including ad click identifiers (Facebook fbclid; Google gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and campaign, ad set and ad names or IDs when the address contains them, and uses them to produce heatmaps and reconstructed session replays that help us improve usability. Accepting an earlier version of our notice does not turn Clarity on. Clarity runs only on the homepage. Visits are not recorded when the web address has any other parameter, a malformed or repeated one, or a campaign or ad name that looks like an email, phone number or access token, or when the referring address is not a recognized public site or one of our public pages; leaving the homepage, following an in-page link or opening the cart loads a fresh page without Clarity. It uses Strict masking for page text and form entries; masking does not hide link addresses, so links to non-public addresses are kept out of Clarity's click recording, our cart and checkout are never shown while it records, advertising storage is denied, and we do not send names, emails, customer IDs or link ad accounts. Microsoft may process the data under its own terms and privacy statement, including for its own purposes such as personalized advertising. If you decline, revoke or turn on Global Privacy Control, Clarity stops and the page reloads without it, but data already sent cannot be recalled. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not run advertising trackers unless you tell us to. Several US states, among them California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Washington, have their own privacy laws giving residents rights similar to those listed above. Browser privacy signals: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it as a request not to be tracked. Advertising cookies stay off while that signal is on, even if you accepted earlier. We do not respond to the older “Do Not Track” setting, which modern browsers no longer support.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses or disclosures, including targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information as legally defined.
