The TX Brew & Barbecue program, operated by TX Brew & Barbecue LLC, is an optional recurring automated promotional SMS/MMS program for rub and bundle offers, product announcements, recipes and cooking tips, and giveaway updates. These terms describe the program and do not imply that message sending is currently active.

Enrollment requires separate affirmative SMS consent. A purchase, email signup, or giveaway entry alone does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase or giveaway entry.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile provider about charges.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

You may receive one nonpromotional confirmation of your opt-out. No further promotional texts will be sent unless you re-enroll.

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you supply. Notify support at txbrewandbarbecue@gmail.com if your number changes or is reassigned.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery and network availability are not guaranteed.

Our Privacy Policy explains how SMS information is handled and protects mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent from sale or sharing with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers may process this information only to operate or support our program, not for their own marketing.

We will post revisions to these terms with an updated date. Any required fresh consent will be obtained before materially expanding the scope of messaging.
